In another case of tanker burning of the refugee National Movement chairman Afaq Ahmed, bail was also granted, after which he is likely to be released today.

Karachi ‘Additional District and Sessions Judge Gharbi court heard the third case against Afaq Ahmed for burning tanker in which the court granted bail of Afaq Ahmed.

Chairman Muhajir National Movement Afaq Ahmed arrested

The court has granted the bail of Afaq Ahmed in the case registered in Surjani Town and ordered to submit a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh.

Under the Anti -Terrorism Act against Afaq Ahmed, two cases were registered in Landhi and Awami Colony police station. After the bail was granted by the court, Surjani police arrested Afaq Ahmed from the Central Jail in a tanker burning case.
