In the provincial capital, Lahore, prices of commodities have increased before Ramadan.

In different parts of the city, prices of milk, yogurt, sugar meat have risen, the price of sugar has increased from Rs 150 to Rs 160 in the last fifteen days.

The price of milk has increased by Rs 20, the milk received Rs 180 kg has increased by Rs 220 kg, the yogurt has increased from Rs 200 to Rs 240 kg.

Eggs in Lahore more expensive, poultry prices rose in Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad and Hyderabad

Mutton is being sold at Rs 2200 instead of 1600, beef 800 instead of Rs 800, the bottle of syrup before Ramadan has increased to Rs 470 after increasing Rs 50.

The potato sold at Rs 45 15 days ago reached Rs 60 kg, with the increase of the lemons by Rs 100, the lemons are selling at Rs 200 kg in the open market. Citizens have demanded the administration to control prices.
