Judicial Commission increases the members of the Constitutional Bench

The Judicial Commission has increased the members of the constitutional bench.

Justice Hashim Kakar, Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim will be part of the Constitutional Bench, Justice Salahuddin Panwar and Justice Shakeel Ahmed have also been nominated members of the Constitutional Bench.

After the current increase, the total number of judges in the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court has increased to 13.

In addition, four additional judges of the Lahore High Court were also approved at a meeting of the Judicial Commission chaired by the Chief Justice.
