The price of sugar increased further

Sugar prices continue to rise, sugar has become more expensive in Lahore.

In Lahore, the price of 50kg sugar bags increased by Rs 250, after which the price has reached Rs 8250.

In the wholesale market, sugar prices have increased from Rs 160 to Rs 164 per kg, while open market sugar prices have reached Rs 170 to Rs 180 per kg.

Last day, the fifty kilograms of sugar was worth Rs 8,000, Hafiz Arif, president of the Kiran Merchant Association, said that the increase in demand has increased the sugar prices.

On the other hand, the retail price of sugar in Karachi has increased from Rs 15 to 20 to Rs 165 to Rs 170 per kg. Deputy Commissioner Multan Mohammad Ali Bukhari says supply has been doubled for uninterrupted supply of cheap sugar.
