These Chief Election Commissioner is appointed by the founder PTI, Barrister Aqeel Malik

The Prime Minister’s Adviser for Law and Justice Barrister Aqeel Malik has said that the Chief Election Commissioner is appointed by the founder PTI.

Talking to the news program “Quassan Hour”, Barrister Aqeel Malik said that the decisions of the court should be implemented, matters will go according to the constitution and the law.

He said that it was the job of the Election Commission to implement the judicial decision. The founder PTI did not impose the Chief Election Commissioner for a year and a half.

The consultation process has to be initiated by the Prime Minister, the opposition leader has made a letter and wrote a letter to the speaker, the opposition leader wrote a letter to form a committee for the appointment of Chief Election Commissioner.

He further said that there is no room for consultation now, now the parliamentary committee will be formed. In the committee, 3,3 names will be revealed by the government and the opposition.
