Islamabad Red Zone was closed from 2 places, and the internal and external routes will be closed.

According to private TV, on March 08, 2025, the internal and external routes of the Express Chowk and Serena Hotel will be temporarily closed in view of the law and order.

Traffic police say citizens can use Nadra, Marriott and Margalla Road in the meantime, use Seventh Avenue from Club Road to Red Zone.
