We need justice

The Punjab government’s Nigahban Ramazan package-2025 reportedly offers Rs10000 per family for up to three million poor families. The Punjab government must realise that one cannot alleviate poverty through charity but only via justice.

The federal and provincial governments must enhance focus on provision of justice rather than taking short-term populist measures.
