Pakistan Railways has announced the suspension of train service for Balochistan after the terrorist attack on Jaffar Express.

Railway Chief Executive Officer Aamir Ali Baloch said that all passenger and freight trains for Balochistan will remain suspended until the security agencies are cleared by the area.

He said that law enforcement agencies are in touch with the train service until normal.

It may be recalled that yesterday, the terrorists attacked the Jaffar Express from Quetta to Peshawar and took the passengers hostage, but security forces recovered 155 passengers during a clear operation and killed 27 terrorists.
