Pro-Khalistan leader accuses India’s RAW of orchestrating Jaffar train attack |

The pro-Khalistan group Sikh for Justice has alleged that India’s intelligence agency, RAW, was responsible for the deadly attack on a passenger train in Balochistan, warning that failure to hold India accountable could lead to more devastating assaults in the future.

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a leader of Sikh for Justice, claimed that India is actively executing a covert war strategy against Pakistan.

He called on international organisations to take immediate action against India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and RAW for allegedly sponsoring terrorism in the region.

“India under Modi is not just a regional threat but a full-fledged terrorist state,” Pannun said in a statement, accusing Indian agencies of carrying out targeted killings, extremist activities, and destabilisation efforts in neighbouring countries. He warned that if India’s actions go unchecked, future attacks could claim even more innocent lives.

The accusations follow a brutal assault on the Peshawar-bound Jaffar Express in Balochistan’s Bolan district.

Heavily armed militants, linked to the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), attacked the train, took passengers hostage, and engaged in a prolonged standoff with Pakistani security forces.

After a two-day military operation, Pakistani forces killed all 33 attackers and rescued the remaining hostages.

However, the attack resulted in significant casualties, with 21 passengers and four security personnel losing their lives.

Security sources revealed that during the assault, the attackers maintained communication with handlers in Afghanistan, further fuelling concerns about foreign involvement in Pakistan’s internal security threats.

Pakistan has repeatedly accused India of backing militant groups in Balochistan and other regions to destabilise the country.

The latest claims by Sikh for Justice add to growing international scrutiny of India’s intelligence operations, particularly in the wake of recent allegations that Indian agents have been involved in assassinations of Sikh separatists abroad.

Pannun demanded diplomatic and security sanctions against India’s intelligence apparatus, urging world powers to intervene before the situation escalates further.

“The world can no longer turn a blind eye to India’s state-sponsored terrorism,” he said.
