Rejecting request for a meeting of PTI leaders

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Capital High Court has rejected the request for a meeting with the founder of Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf (PTI) leaders Junaid Akbar and others.

Islamabad High Court Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro dismissed the petition on the request of PTI leaders and dismissed the petition.

According to the decision, PTI leader is not following the mechanism for meeting the founder. The jail superintendent presented a list of eight leaders meeting with the founder PTI.

According to the court’s decision, Salman Akram Raja, Barrister Gohar, Salman Safdar and Niazullah Niazi are on the list. Those who met the founder PTI include the names of Naeem Panjhotha, Shoaib Shaheen, Abu Dhar Niazi and Azir Bhandari.

According to the decision, on March 10, the 8 leaders met with the founder PTI, the applicants did not comply with the SOP regarding the meeting.

The court said that the petition was dismissed as unacceptable. Applicants are obliged to comply with the SOP as per the law.
