Gold prices in Pakistan today

Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Saturday, following a two-day period of significant increases, mirroring the drop in international rates.

In the local market, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs300, settling at Rs313,700. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs257, reaching Rs268,947, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

Internationally, the price of gold also saw a decline on Saturday. As per APGJSA, the global price stood at $2,984 per ounce, with a premium of $20, marking a decrease of $4 during the day.

Silver prices, however, remained stable at Rs3,530 per tola.

On Friday, gold prices had surged to a record high in Pakistan, rising by Rs4,700 to hit Rs314,000.
