Solar panel prices have dropped drastically in the country

Solar panel prices have dropped drastically after a change in net metering rules in the country.

According to a report by the National newspaper, the prices of the solar system have fallen down to Rs. 75,000.

After amending the government’s net metering policy, prices have changed in local solar markets and solar panel prices have started to decline.

According to market sources, the cost of installation of solar system has decreased from Rs 35,000 to Rs 175,000.

According to sources, the price of 5 kW solar system is about Rs 5 lakh to Rs 5 lakh while the 7 kW system is cost close to Rs 6 lakh.
