Billions of rupees for television fees from electricity users for two years

Electricity consumers have revealed to receive billions of rupees in terms of television fees in two years.

During the interim questions at the National Assembly session, Information Minister Ata Tarad gave a written response to TV fee.

More than one billion has been spent in the last 5 years to stop protests in Islamabad

In his reply, he said that more than Rs 18 billion 86 crore was received from electricity consumers in two years.

The Minister said in his reply that Pepco received more than Rs 16 billion 64 crore through electricity bills in two years in terms of TV fees.

During the two years, K -Electric received more than Rs 2 billion 21 crore from electric consumers in terms of TV fees.
