IPP agreements are as important as CPEC, Owais Leghari

Energy Minister Owais Laghari has said that the IPP agreements will not be changed in any case as they are as important as the CPEC agreements.

Owais Laghari said in a statement that contracts with solar IPPs are very important, with respect to solar panels, the contracts are for 7, 7 years. He says that we are taking steps to reduce the cost of electricity, moving towards coal-fired power generation, which will significantly reduce power outages.
