0.12% decrease in the rate of inflation in the country

After the federal budget for the fiscal year 2024-25, a decrease of 0.12 percent was recorded in the inflation rate in the country during the recent week.

According to the weekly inflation report released by the Federal Bureau of Statistics, the annual inflation rate has been recorded at 18.41 percent and the weekly inflation has decreased by 0.12 percent.

According to the statistics agency, wheat flour became cheaper by 32 percent, cooking oil, ghee by 10 percent, eggs by 8 percent and chili by 7 percent on an annual basis.
