Monsoon rains continued throughout the country, 104 people died, 206 were injured

According to the report of the National Disaster Management Authority, 104 people have been killed and 206 injured during the ongoing monsoon rains across the country and a total of 1490 houses have been damaged.

According to the NDMA report, 104 people have died and 216 have been injured due to accidents in different parts of the country in the torrential rains that have been going on for the past one month.

According to the report, the maximum number of deaths due to monsoon rains was 39 in Punjab, 34 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 22 in Sindh, 5 in Balochistan, 3 in Azad Kashmir and 1 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

During the rains, 113 people were injured in Punjab, 79 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 11 in Azad Kashmir, 9 in Balochistan and 3 in Sindh.

The report further said that 126 houses collapsed and 364 were partially damaged due to heavy rains in the country during the last one month, 382 houses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 61 in Punjab, 22 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 13 in Sindh, 7 in Azad Kashmir and 5 in Balochistan. Affected.
