The Afghan government has set conditions for the entry of American citizens into Afghanistan.
Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has expressed his desire for better relations with other countries, including the United States, and said that American citizens can come to Afghanistan for business or diplomatic relations without military uniform.
