CTD kills three wanted terrorists in D.I. Khan operation

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Peshawar has released details of three terrorists killed in an operation in Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan) on Monday night.

The terrorists, identified as Rangeen Khan, Saddam, and Qudratullah, were reportedly involved in several acts of terrorism and were highly wanted by DI Khan police.

Rangeen Khan, who was a commander of a banned militant group, was among those killed.

According to the CTD, the terrorists had planned to establish a checkpoint to inspect government vehicles as part of their strategy.

A significant cache of weapons was recovered from the scene.

The CTD also confirmed that the deceased terrorists were involved in targeted killings of police officers and other law enforcement personnel.

The operation marks a significant achievement in the ongoing fight against terrorism in the region.
