Sir Syed Express launched from Karachi to Rawalpindi

Pakistan Railways runs Sir Syed Express from Karachi to Rawalpindi.

According to the spokesperson of Railways, Sir Syed Express is operated under Public Private Partnership, the train will leave Karachi at 9 pm and reach Rawalpindi at 9 pm the next day.

The spokesperson said that the train will leave Rawalpindi at 1:30 PM and reach Karachi at 1:50 PM the next day. Railway officials say that free Wi-Fi facility will also be available for the passengers and the payment of train tickets can also be done at home through mobile applications.

According to the spokesman, Pakistan Railways will earn about 3 billion rupees annually from Sir Syed Express. It should be noted that Pakistan Railways had decided to restore the 35 Up and 36 Down Sirsyd Express running between Rawalpindi and Karachi.
