Chicken meat went up to Rs 588 per kg

Lahore, the price of chicken meat has increased further, in the official price list, chicken meat has become Rs 588 per kg.

Broiler chicken meat has become expensive by Rs 4 per kg, the price of live broiler chicken has increased further.

The wholesale rate of live broiler chicken has been fixed at Rs 392 per kg and the retail rate of live broiler chicken at Rs 406 per kg.

In Lahore, the price of farm eggs per dozen has remained at the level of Rs 304, the administration has also issued new vegetable rates.

According to the official price list, first grade onions are available at Rs 133 per kg, potatoes at Rs 80 per kg, tomatoes at Rs 100 per kg, green chillies at Rs 110 per kg, ginger at Rs 575 per kg, local garlic at Rs 385 per kg and farm cucumber at Rs 140 per kg.

The price of fenugreek has been fixed at Rs 290, brinjal at Rs 55 per kg, cauliflower at Rs 150 per kg, turnip at Rs 120 per kg, capsicum at Rs 190 per kg and country lemon at Rs 680 per kg.
