Due to the decrease in crude oil prices in the global market, there is a possibility of a decrease in the prices of petroleum products in Pakistan from October 1.

Sources say that the price of petroleum products is expected to decrease by 3 rupees, the price of petrol is expected to decrease by 1 rupee per liter.

Positive initiatives of the federal government, petrol 26.5 rupees and diesel 34 rupees cheaper per liter in one and a half months.

Sources further said that the price of petrol may be maintained while the price of diesel may be reduced by Rs 3 per litre.

According to the sources, the final announcement of the prices of petroleum products will be made by the Finance Minister in consultation with the Prime Minister on September 30.
