Explosion at petrol pump, 12 people including two children were killed, 23 were injured

12 people, including two children, died as a result of an explosion at a petrol pump in the Dagestan region of Russia.

According to a foreign news agency, the Ministry of Health said in a statement that 23 people were also injured in this explosion outside the regional capital of Makhachkala.
