Muslim countries should form a NATO-style alliance, Dr. Zakir Naik

Islamabad: Prominent Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik suggested forming a NATO-style alliance to solve the Palestinian issue.

Prominent Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik said in an interview that forming a NATO-style alliance would make Muslim countries more powerful. But unfortunately Muslims are divided. NATO has 32 countries and if one country is attacked, all countries are considered as an attack.

He said that 57 Islamic countries should also form an alliance based on the principles of NATO.

While discussing the issue of Palestine, he said that every Muslim can at least pray in this regard. And the best time for that is Tahajjud. Apart from this, we need to spread awareness in this regard on social media platforms.

Dr. Zakir Naik said that we should do peaceful protest because protest is very effective. We should boycott Israeli products and in addition, Muslims as individuals should financially support the Palestinians as much as they can.

He said that Muslims should file cases against Israel in the International Court of Justice. Muslim media should raise their voices regarding Palestine.
