Use of government resources in protest of KP Govt, formation of inquiry committee

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Interior has formed an inquiry committee to investigate the use of government resources during the protests by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.

According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Interior, a committee was established under the chairmanship of Additional Secretary Interior Rifat Mukhtar.

Additional DG FIA Munir Masood North along with Grade 20 officer from Intelligence Bureau will join the committee.

The committee will submit its report in 7 days. The committee will determine the authority to use public resources.

According to the notification, the involvement of public servants and those who follow illegal orders will also be determined.
