The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide assistance of 6 billion dollars to Pakistan in the next 3 years.
The Senate Standing Committee on Finance was briefed by the ADB Country Director and told that the Asian Development Bank is developing a new strategy.
He further said that knowledge and technology will be promoted in the member countries, 6 billion dollars will be given to Pakistan in 3 years.
The country director of ADB also said that they will give 2 billion dollars to Pakistan annually, 2.8 billion dollars out of 6 billion will be on soft terms.

He said that 400 million dollars have been given for the houses of the flood victims in Sindh, aid has been given for energy, agriculture and irrigation projects.
The ADB Country Director said that the Asian Development Bank has always helped Pakistan, will help improve economic management, combat climate change, help develop digital technology.
