The draft given by JUI is absolutely disastrous, Fawad Chaudhary

ISLAMABAD: Former leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Fawad Chaudhary has said that the draft given by JUI is absolutely disastrous. I don’t know who advised the establishment that there will be a big control if the constitutional amendment is brought.

Fawad Chaudhary said in an interview that the government has a constitutional draft. That the post of Supreme Court and Chief Justice of Pakistan will be abolished. 7 judges will be appointed who will be appointed by the Prime Minister.

He said that basically what is the situation of Islamabad and Lahore police, you want to do the same to the judiciary. What honorable man would do such a thing? All jobs will be left behind.

The former federal minister said that the draft given by JUI is absolutely disastrous. And they are saying that the Islamic Ideological Council should review every law and approve it, then the Parliament should approve it. So just abolish the parliament then. Then give it all to the clerics. Create a Taliban system and then what is the need for elections.

He said that PTI should shift all its members to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa National Assembly otherwise they will be kidnapped. Even after October 25, the country’s situation does not seem to be improving.
