Founder PTI has facilities as per Jail Manual, Jail Superintendent

Rawalpindi: The Superintendent Jail has said that the founder PTI is provided with facilities as per Jail Manual. Doctors check up three times a day.

The Superintendent of Adiala Jail has said in his statement that the news of not providing electricity in the cell of founder PTI is not true. And they have facilities as per jail manual.

He said that diet, health, study and exercise of PTI founders are taken special care. While the uninterrupted supply of electricity continues in the premises of the founder PTI cell.

The Superintendent Jail said that inmate cooks have been provided to prepare food for PTI founders. And coffee, chia seeds, beetroot juice, yogurt, biscuits and dates are provided for breakfast.

He said that the founder gives PTI lunch of desi chicken, mutton, kadi pakora, curd, chapati, cold drink and salad. While in dinner porridge, coconut, coconut juice and grapes etc. are given.

The Jail Superintendent further informed that the food of Bani PTI is prepared under the supervision of the concerned Assistant Superintendent. And founder PTI exercises 2 hours daily in the cell premises.

He said that doctors in jail check up PTI founder 3 times a day. And they have the facility of newspaper on daily basis.
