
The student wing of Hasina Wajid’s party was banned
Dhaka: The Bangladesh government has banned Chhatar League, the student wing of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid’s party.
According to a foreign news agency, the Bangladeshi government declared Chhatar League as a terrorist organization. Sheikh Hasina Wajid’s student wing Chhatar League has been accused of being involved in violent attacks on protesters.
According to reports, the Bangladesh government has banned the student wing of the Awami League under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

During the protests against Sheikh Hasina Wajid’s government, Chhatar League people attacked the student protestors in the university campus.
It should be noted that more than 700 people were killed in clashes between police and anti-government protesters.
