Sudan, plane spraying pesticides on crops collides with rickshaw, 4 dead

4 people were killed and 8 injured in a collision between a plane and a rickshaw in Sudan.

According to local media, a small plane collided with a loader rickshaw while landing on a dirt runway in Al-Kadarif state of Eastern Sudan. As a result, 4 people lost their lives.

The Ministry of Agricultural Production and Economic Resources has said in a statement that the small plane was landing on a dirt runway after spraying pesticides on crops when suddenly a loader rickshaw carrying agricultural workers appeared in front of it.

According to the report, the Ukrainian pilot of the plane, his assistant and the rickshaw driver were safe, the plane was seriously damaged in the accident.
