New York: 20 dollars lying on the ground made a citizen a millionaire

New York: A man in America became a millionaire by buying a lottery ticket with 20 dollars lying on the floor.

According to a foreign news agency, Jerry Hicks, a resident of the western part of the state, found 20 dollars lying in the parking lot during a walk.

According to the North Carolina Education Lottery, the citizen decided to use the winnings to purchase an Extreme Cash scratch-off ticket. The citizen also confirmed that I found $20 in the parking lot outside the speedway. And I used it to buy tickets.

The citizen said that he could not buy his favorite ticket as it had sold out. So I bought this ticket out of compulsion.

Jerry was given the option of either continuing to receive $50,000 a year for 20 years or taking a larger lump sum. On which they chose to take a lump sum of $600,000.
