Prime Minister’s meeting with Saudi Crown Prince

An important meeting was held between Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The Prime Minister expressed good wishes for King Salman bin Abdulaziz and prayed for his health and well-being, Shahbaz Sharif thanked the Saudi Crown Prince for his support on matters related to international financial institutions.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also thanked the Saudi Crown Prince for the hospitality, the Prime Minister appreciated the leadership of the Saudi Crown Prince during the country for development and said that the Saudi Vision 2030 is compatible with the key policy objectives of Pakistan.

The two leaders reiterated the strong Pakistan-Saudi economic partnership and agreed to further enhance ongoing bilateral cooperation in trade and investment.

The two leaders expressed their concern over the ongoing Israeli aggression in the region, the Prime Minister said that the Israeli aggression has resulted in immense destruction.

Later, informing about the details of the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the delegation had a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, and thanked Muhammad bin Salman for his excellent hospitality.

The relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are of great importance, fruitful discussions were held with the Saudi Crown Prince in the meeting, and the determination to strengthen bilateral relations was reiterated in the meeting.
