Home Stay Tourism Project, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government interest free loan up to Rs.30 lakh

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s decision to start a homestay tourism project for the promotion of tourism, for this Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will give an interest-free loan of 30 lakh rupees.
The initial project will be started at a cost of Rs 39.50 crore, construction of two rooms or facilities will be provided in the already available rooms, the rooms will have washrooms, kitchens and other facilities.

According to the provincial government, the first phase of home stay tourism will be launched in Upper Lower Chitral, Upper Lower Dir and Mansehra, Abbottabad and Swat will also be included in the first phase.

The loan that the provincial government will give for the homestay tourism project will have a repayment period of 5 years and the repayment process will start from the second year.

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said that there are immense opportunities for the promotion of tourism in the province.
