A new system has been installed to monitor those who come to Adiala Jail to meet the prisoners

Rawalpindi: A new Wi-Fi integrated system has been installed in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi to monitor those who come to meet the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) and other prisoners.

According to the report, biometric verification device has also been installed in Adiala Jail along with a new Wi-Fi integrated system. After the installation of the new system, entry into the prison without a National Identity Card was stopped.

The new system has been installed in the prison compound including 3 central gates. The new system includes barcode scanning, Wi-Fi devices and advanced tabs.

The report said that the new system is linked to the systems of NADRA and Home Department. While with the new system, all the details will be displayed on the scanning of the national identity card of those coming to the jail.

Under the new system, no one will be allowed to enter the jail if the ID card scanning is not completed. While those coming to meet the former Prime Minister and founder of PTI will also be passed through the same security system.
