May 9 cases, last chance for prosecution to argue on PTI founder’s bail plea

LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has given the last chance to the prosecution on the bail application in the 4 May 9 cases against founder PTI.

The anti-terrorism court of Lahore heard various cases against the former prime minister and PTI founder on May 9. PTI founder lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar appeared in the court.

During the hearing, lawyer Salman Safdar argued that the prosecution has no evidence. That is why special prosecutors do not appear for arguments.

The court in its remarks said that the prosecution has written. That the arguments will be completed at the next hearing. The prosecution has been given 11 dates to appear and present arguments.

The court said that if the special prosecutor does not appear in the next hearing, the decision will be taken after looking at the records.

Later, the Anti-Terrorism Court adjourned the hearing till November 8, giving the last chance to the prosecution to argue on the bails in the 4 May 9 founder PTI cases.
