Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 555th Birth Anniversary Celebrations

Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora reviewed the arrangements regarding the 555th birth anniversary celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs Sardar Ramesh Singh has said that during this time he attended the birthday celebration of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in Gujranwala and also reviewed the arrangements regarding the birthday of Baba Guru Nanakji.

He said that it is good that the concerned district administration is making the best arrangements and we all will make the birthday celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Devji historic this time as a result of a great team work.

He further said that Chief Minister Punjab has increased the budget of minority department by 200% while recently Maryam Nawaz Sharif has given an additional budget of 1.4 billion but security and other arrangements are being ensured for Sikh pilgrims.

He said that 20,000 applications have been received from India in Delhi, but this time only 3,000 Sikh pilgrims from India will be able to come to Pakistan.
