Rain is expected in Islamabad and Rawalpindi today and tomorrow

The Meteorological Department says that rain is expected in Islamabad and Rawalpindi today and tomorrow.

Rain is also likely in Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Talagang, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, Mandi Bahauddin, Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan and Leh.

Good news for citizens worried about fog and smog, chances of rain in various cities

In Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, Mirgiliat, Abbottabad, Dir and Swat, rain and snowfall are also predicted in a few places. Rains will improve air quality and reduce air pollution.

There is a possibility of reduction in smog in Islamabad, Potohar region, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Upper Punjab and fog in plains of Punjab after rains.
