Complete ban on entry of heavy traffic in Lahore till November 24

A complete ban was imposed on the entry of heavy transport in Lahore till November 24.

According to the traffic spokesperson, the police has deployed personnel at 12 entrances and exits under the supervision of DSPs to ensure the ban.

Heavy traffic, dilapidated, black smoke and vehicles without fitness certificate are not allowed to enter, petrol, medicine, foodstuff and passenger vehicles excepted from ban will be allowed to enter after checking.

CTO Lahore Amara Athar has said that the application of the ban is being ensured 100%, the heavy crackdown by the traffic police against vehicles emitting smoke is going on.
