On May 9, the rioters are once again resorting to violence, Prime Minister

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the attack on the police personnel by PTI protesters is condemnable, the whole nation pays homage to the police personnel who were martyred in the line of duty.

In one of his statements, he said that when the country starts progressing, miscreants start arson, on May 9, 2023, the rioters are once again acting violently.

Shahbaz Sharif has directed to provide all possible medical facilities to the police personnel who were injured in firing and stone pelting by the protestors.

He has directed to immediately identify the elements involved in the martyrdom of the police soldier and punish them.

It should be noted that PTI’s protest convoy coming from Peshawar is heading towards Islamabad. A soldier of Punjab Police was martyred in a clash with the police after entering the boundaries of Punjab.
