Increase in price of cooking oil by Rs.100 per litre

The price of ghee and cooking oil has increased significantly. Due to rising prices, the problems of the public have increased.

According to the report of Moqar Qaumi newspaper, oil which was available at Rs 400 per liter has now become expensive up to Rs 510 and 550, due to which the business expenses have doubled.

Shopkeepers said that the business has been affected, there is no saving anymore, Ghee cotton used to get 6 and a half thousand rupees, now it is available for 8 and a half thousand rupees.

The main reason behind the increase in cooking oil prices is the rise in oil prices in the global market and the depreciation of the rupee at the local level.
