Uganda, 15 people killed by mudslides, more than 100 missing

Landslides in Uganda have killed 15 people and left more than 100 missing.

According to the Red Crescent, 40 houses were buried under the mudslides, while rescue workers are busy searching for people buried under the debris.

Apart from the security forces, local volunteers and people of the area are also participating in the relief operations.

It should be noted that a few years ago, at least 17 people were killed by a landslide in Indonesia, while more than a hundred were missing.
