The deadlock on the issue of organizing the Champions Trophy is likely to end before the voting stage.

Sources say that the PCB has shared a new formula with the ICC, under which Pakistan will also play its matches at neutral venues in the ICC events in India.

According to the sources, under the new formula India’s matches will be held in Dubai, Pakistan wants to go with India on the basis of equality.

Sources further said that the ICC meeting regarding the conduct of Champions Trophy is likely to be held any time today, the new formula will not be given a hybrid model but some other name.
