US President Joe Biden has announced a presidential pardon to his son Hunter Biden, who was convicted of drunkenness and tax fraud.

According to foreign media, in June of this year, the Wilmington court acquitted Hunter Biden of all three charges of buying a weapon while intoxicated and making false statements about it in 2018.

Another charge against Joe Biden’s son was related to tax fraud and failure to file returns, to which Hunter Biden also pleaded guilty. Hunter Biden had 9 charges and pleaded guilty to all charges.

After pleading guilty, the judge warned Hunter Biden that he could face up to 17 years in prison and a fine of up to $450,000.
