Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s possible plane has disappeared from flight radar.

According to a foreign news agency, Bashar al-Assad’s plane left Damascus airport this morning for the coastal region of Syria.

Bashar al-Assad’s plane took a U-turn after covering some distance and disappeared from the flight radar. The people on board the plane could not be determined. It is also possible that their flight transponder was jammed.

On the other hand, Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Ghazi Al-Jalali has said that he had last contact with Bashar al-Assad last evening. And he stressed that we will see what happens tomorrow.

In his statement, Ghazi Al-Jalali called for free and fair elections in the country and said that the Syrian people should have the opportunity to choose a new leadership of their own free will.

The Syrian Prime Minister emphasized the need to find a political solution to the situation in the country and said that I do not know where the former president is now and whether he has really left the country.
