Deposed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his family reached Moscow, Russia granted political asylum.

Russian sources and British media have said that former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his family are in Russia. The Russian news agency has reported with reference to the Kremlin that Russia has granted political asylum to Bashar al-Assad and his family.
