
Madrasa Bill could not become law due to complications, Federal Information Minister

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar said that the Madrasa Bill could not become law due to complications.
Federal Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar while addressing the ceremony said that the process of registration of Madrasahs was started after consultation. And the purpose of registration was to bring madrasas into the national mainstream.
He said that whenever a law is made, it has a purpose. And Madrasa Bill could not become law due to complications. Maulana Fazlur Rahman is respected and will listen to his suggestions.

Attaullah Tarar said that there is a role to be played to fight the law and order situation and terrorism. And there should be no loss of students studying and graduating in Madrasahs.
He said that the registration of 18 thousand Madrasahs is the result of the efforts of the Department of Religious Education. And students were given equal opportunities to advance in life. We agree on many suggestions.
