Forecast of rain and snowfall in different parts of the country

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall in different parts of the country.

According to the Department of Meteorology, the weather is likely to remain cold and dry in most parts of the country, while the weather is predicted to remain cold in the mountainous areas.

Cold weather is likely to remain in Islamabad and its surroundings, the weather will remain cold and dry in most districts of Punjab, rain is expected at a few places in Murree, Guliyat and its surroundings.

Fog is expected in Multan, Khanewal, Khanpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalpur, fog is expected in most parts of south-western Punjab.

Rain and snowfall are expected at few places in Gilgit-Baltistan, rain and snowfall are predicted in different areas of Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rain is expected in Kohistan, Chitral, Dir, Swat, Butgram, Mansehra and Abbottabad.

There is a possibility of rain and snowfall in Azad Kashmir and adjacent hilly areas, cold winds are likely to blow in some plains, fog is predicted at some places in Upper Sindh.
