Chinese companies will soon come to Punjab and start their projects, said Punjab Information Minister

Lahore: Punjab Information Minister Uzma Bukhari has said that Chinese companies will come to Punjab soon and start their projects. Some projects will be run in Punjab from 50 crore dollars.

Provincial Information Minister Uzma Bukhari said in a press conference that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s visit to China was successful. While various agreements and MoUs were signed during the visit to China.

He said that the Chief Minister of Punjab received the protocol of the Head of State in China. And during the visit of Maryam Nawaz, the propaganda of the opponents also continued.

Uzma Bukhari said that the system of government in China is run by the party. And Punjab Chief Minister’s visit was official but China welcomed him as PML-N. Maryam Nawaz invited Chinese businessmen to invest in Pakistan and Punjab. While Maryam Nawaz suggested one window operation for Chinese investors.

He said that charging system for electric buses will be installed soon. And Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital will have 1000 beds. Chinese companies will soon come to Punjab and start their projects.

Talking about the salaries of the members of the provincial assembly, he said that the salaries of the members of the provincial assembly had increased in 2019. And according to my knowledge, 3.5 lakh rupees has to be paid as tax in the salaries of the ministers. Now if 1 lakh 90 thousand is spent in salary then tell me. If there is no other source of income, getting a good salary is not a bad thing. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz does not take salary.

The Information Minister of Punjab said that economic indicators are currently in a better direction. And Chinese language is difficult but we have definitely learned hospitality from China. Chief Minister Punjab participated in 2 investor conferences in China. And delegations from more than 60 companies participated in the conferences.

He said that China has concerns about the security of Chinese citizens. And the Chief Minister of Punjab has assured to strengthen the security of the Chinese residents. Maryam Nawaz vowed to make Lahore the most modern smart city.
