Analogue country?

This letter refers to the news report ‘Lahore to be transformed into ‘Digital City’ (December 13, 2024). This headline appears to be reflective of the views of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. Given the present internet speeds and restrictions throughout Pakistan, ‘Analogue City’ might be the more likely outcome.
