A look at hunger

One afternoon, while walking through a bustling market, I encountered a little boy whose hollow eyes spoke volumes about hunger. Surrounded by fresh produce, he couldn’t afford even a piece of bread. This stark contrast highlighted a painful truth: food is abundant, yet access remains a distant dream for many.

To address this issue, we must advocate for community food programmes, support local food banks, and implement policies that promote food equity. By fostering partnerships between farmers and those in need, we can ensure that no one goes to bed hungry.
