Saudi Arabia has reopened its embassy in Afghanistan after three years.
According to Arab News, the Saudi embassy has resumed its diplomatic activities since December 22.
Saudi Arabia recalled the mission in August 2021 due to dire circumstances, but the mission has now resumed diplomatic activities in Kabul.

The Saudi embassy said on social media that based on the desire of the government of Saudi Arabia to provide all services to the Afghan people, it has been decided to resume the activities of the Kingdom’s mission in Kabul from December 22.
